You hereby appoint Dhanush Immigration to offer immigration consultancy services. The Company accepts such appointment and agrees to diligently perform its obligations under this Agreement.

The purpose of our services is to provide guidance and support for your immigration process, based on the information you provide. This includes:

• Answering questions related to immigration laws and regulations

• Identifying immigration options and pathways

• Assisting in determining a course of action for your specific situation

• Document preparation and review support

• Application process guidance and support

All information and advice provided is based on the expertise of our consultants and current laws and regulations, which may change at any time without notice. Our services are strictly for informational, educational, and document support purposes and do not constitute legal representation or legal advice.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents to Dhanush Immigration in a timely manner

• Ensuring all documents submitted are genuine and not fraudulent

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials

• Complying with all applicable immigration laws and regulations

• Attending scheduled consultations and meetings

• Responding to our communications in a timely manner

Failure to provide necessary information or documentation may result in delays, additional fees, or unfavorable outcomes, for which Dhanush Immigration will not be held liable. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if you fail to comply or if information provided is found to be untrue or incomplete.

Our fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or engagement letter. These fees typically cover Dhanush Immigration's professional services and consultation.

Important notes about fees:

• Service fees are separate from government application fees, medical examinations, police clearances, translation services, or other third-party costs

• Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your service agreement

• Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced (see Refund Policy for details)

• Additional fees may apply for services beyond the initial scope

• All fees are subject to applicable taxes

You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All information and documents you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of providing our immigration consultancy services.

We are committed to protecting your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be:

• Stored securely with appropriate technical and organizational measures

• Shared only with authorized personnel and relevant authorities as required for immigration processing

• Protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse

• Retained only for as long as necessary for legal and business purposes

You acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with government agencies, embassies, and immigration authorities as part of the application process.

Dhanush Immigration does not and cannot make any guarantees regarding:

• The approval of any visa application or immigration process

• The validity or duration of any visa granted

• Processing times by government authorities

• Changes in immigration laws or policies

• Outcomes of applications or appeals

The final decision on all immigration matters rests with the respective government authorities. We provide our best professional guidance, but outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including government policies, application merit, and individual circumstances.

Our role is to assist you in presenting the strongest possible application based on your situation and current regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Dhanush Immigration will not be responsible for any loss or harm that may arise from any unintentional errors in information provided

• We are not liable for decisions made by government authorities or agencies

• We are not responsible for delays or changes in government processing

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dhanush Immigration, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable laws

• Fraudulent or misleading information provided by you

• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct
