Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for our immigration consultancy services.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Dhanush Immigration may provide refunds for services rendered. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Service Not Commenced: If you request cancellation before we have commenced work on your application and no consultation has been provided, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative processing fees.
• Service Termination by Company: If Dhanush Immigration is unable to provide the agreed services due to reasons within our control, a pro-rata refund of unused services may be provided.
• Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
• Overcharge: If you have been charged more than the agreed service fee, the excess amount will be refunded.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@dhanush.com within 14 days of the service commencement date. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
Non-Refundable Services
The following fees and services are non-refundable:
• Consultation Fees: All consultation fees, whether for initial assessment or ongoing consultations, are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
• Document Review Services: Fees for document review and verification are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
• Government Fees: Any fees paid to government authorities, immigration agencies, embassies, or consulates are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to third parties for services such as medical examinations, police clearances, translations, credential evaluations, or courier services are non-refundable.
• Application Fees: Once your application has been submitted to the relevant authorities, all associated professional fees are non-refundable.
• Visa Rejection: Fees are non-refundable in cases where a visa or immigration application is rejected, delayed, or denied by government authorities, as these decisions are beyond our control.
• Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue services after work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• Incomplete Documentation: If your application cannot proceed due to failure to provide required documents within specified timeframes, fees are non-refundable.
• Client Non-Compliance: Fees are non-refundable if services cannot be completed due to client non-compliance with our requirements or immigration laws.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered:
• If services are terminated by mutual agreement before completion, a partial refund may be provided for work not yet commenced, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• The refund amount will be determined by deducting the value of services already rendered, plus a 20% administrative fee, from the total amount paid.
• Any government fees, third-party fees, and non-refundable consultation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial refund calculations:
Refund Amount = Total Fees Paid - Services Rendered - Administrative Fee (20%) - Government Fees - Third-Party Fees
All partial refund requests are subject to review and approval by Dhanush Immigration management.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:
• Refund requests will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
• If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made
• You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Please note that Dhanush Immigration is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment processors, or other financial institutions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Send a written refund request to hello@dhanush.com
2. Include the following information in your request:
• Your full name and contact information
• Service agreement or invoice number
• Date of payment and amount paid
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting documentation (if applicable)
3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. You will receive a written response regarding the status of your refund request
5. If approved, the refund will be processed as per our processing timeline

Important Information
Please understand that immigration services involve significant professional time and expertise. Once work has commenced, substantial resources have been allocated to your case.
Government decisions on visa applications are beyond our control. We provide our best professional guidance to maximize your chances of success, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. Visa rejections or delays by authorities do not qualify for refunds.
